My car insurance for my Geo Metro just went from $138 every six months to $100 every six months. I got a letter telling this was because I have good credit. Since when did you credit rating affect car insurance?

When insurance companys found they could use it as an excuse to rip you for a lot more money. Check Trans Union, TRW, Equifax websites and see who all gets to look at your credit rating. You will be suprised or maybe a little p.o.'ed.

So who is lower on the food chain, insurance companys, politicians, lawyers or used car salesmen?

Once when I was working at Autozone I had to tell a customer that even though the computer said we had the part in stock, we did not have it. I then told him that I did have some good news however...I just cut my car insurance by switching to Geico. He did not think that was as funny as I did. Oh well, if you can't laugh at life, what fun is it. :)
