I have seen posts about these cars people find in barns and I was thinking to myself how lucky it would be to find something like that. Then it hit me, like it's been right in front of me for years.
I have known about this car for a long time but never thought about it. It's a 69 Z28. The guy that had it put it up when he blew the original 302 motor. The 302 is long gone and it has a motor in it but I dont know what it is. It has not been driven since the 70's. It has less than 40,000 miles on it and the body and interior are in good shape. It would need paint but it is a nice car. It is sitting in a garage with a cement floor. I just don't know what it would take to get this guy to get off this car. Like I said he has had it since it was new and it's been broken since the 70's. I would see him over the years and joke about what the heck he was going to do with the car and why he doesnt sell it if he's not going to fix it, but I would never get a straight answer. It is blue with a blue interior and I remember it has a console. I can't remember much else. I might go over and ask him if I can snap a few shots. What would a 69 Z28 without the original motor be worth. I guess the thing this car has going for it is that it is broke but hasnt been molested if you know what I mean. Any ideas what it would be worth?

No clue what its worth but I sure would like to find something like that. All the cars around here just get left out in the weather. I went to go look at a '69 that was in "good" shape, and when I got there the guy told me somebody broke the rear window back in the early '80's and they didn't fix it\cover it up or anything. I looked inside the car and could see there was no tranny in it through the 3 foot by 4 foot rust hole in the floor!!!! LOL good shape!!
