I was building budgetless engines on paper the other night and dreaming, when I thought of an idea that i have never seen completed.
I was wondering if it were possible to have a vortech or procharger supercharger feeding into a dual carb set up- specifically a tunnel ram. Why wouldn't this work, if it doesn't work. I am assuming it isn't really a good idea because you never see this anywhere.
Maybe even have a Weiand Hi-Ram with the single carb top.
I am just trying to think of something that no one has done.
Just a couple out of the box thoughts,
Dylan

You won't hurt my feelings if you say that is absolutely ridiculous.
I just wondered if it has/can be done.

Should work fine. the reason you don't see it is because it is not "needed" with forced induction. With a blower you "force" feed the engine, so no need for a "ram" I don't think there would be any performance difference by running a tunnel ram. If you really want to do something trick run a tunnel ram with 2 four barrels and two centrif blowers one hat on each carb. I suppose tunning wouldn't be much fun but, it would "look" impressive.

Not a crazy idea at all, I just think it would be money "wasted" due to the extra plumbing. Other than that should work fine just, not any better than a regular properly set-up single 4 barrell.

Not something I would do, just a strange idea..
I don't have a tall enough hood anyway...
