Those restamps just keep getting better, it takes a real trained eye to spot that one.

It's the faint number under the big fake vin number that is getting my attention. Look close, can you make it out? I acan see an I and a 6 but not much else. Looks like the stamping on early 1955 chevys and things.

I blew the photo up on my computer. You can clearing see the half-hearted attempt to file away the original numbers. It looks like they filed away all but the last two. This guy is amazing.

Too funny. Out of morbid curiosity, I emailed hime this...
Whats with the re-stamp? Did you happen to take note of the original vin beofre re-stamping it? Im curious as to waht vehicle this engine originally came from.
