Is this Pace Car a known vehicle?

It looks like it has 5C on the trim tag. That seems a bit late for a pace car.

The big block I used to own was a 4D (I think). Info is recorded in data base here on site.

The car would not be on the registry. It is not too late to be a NOR dealer replica although it is obviously too late to have been part of the 0-1 festival group as the description of options eludes to. This is most likely a dealer mock up of the factory issued IPC's.

I dont usually like to pick on cars but "frame off restored 18 years ago and then stored". I dont think so...look at the one pic of the undercarriage...cant see much but from what you can see doesnt look like a frame off restored car to me.

Unlikely pace car, 2 issues on the trim tag - looks like a 5C too late for a dealer car most probably and no "-" on the last line.
