Can Someone Tell Me Where The 3 Blue Brake Line Clips Go. Are They On The Sub Frame ?

I would have to guess two on front subframe, one on rear frame rail. One might mount to the top of subframe under the master, the second towards the back end of the subframe, and the third back on the frame rail. Hopefully someone else can give a more definite answer, but there should be bolt holes already there near the line to help you figure it out... if it's the clips I'm thinking of.

There is one on each side just below each motor mount on the side of the sub. Can't remember where the other one is.
