Hello...i have a Rochester Q-jet for the 68 327 and 350 SBC, automatic, for the Camaro, Chevelle, El Camino, Chevrolet, and Chevy II with 275 HP. #7028212 on carb with DH stamped next to it. I plan on putting this on Ebay and need some input on what a good starting price would be. It is a good rebuildable carb and has been sitting in a clean, dry environment for many years. Is this worth putting a reserve on it as well?

My $.02 is expect in the $50 range AT BEST. I got my '67 q-jet from ebay for $45 (7027202) - local carb shop has cores for $35 (didn't have my #) -
swap meet prices have been $25-$35 (again - just couldn't find my #)

If you set a reserve - make it for the minimum you are willing to take for it - if someone walked into your garage and offered you $10 - would you take it? if so - make this your reserve. I have seen a lot of auctions fail to meet the reserve - then the seller re-lists at a more resonable rate -

Also - from a buyers perspective - list as much as you can about it (condition / #'s) AND INCLUDE A PICTURE -

Good Luck
