He, He, He!!

Lmaorotf!!

He, He, He!!!

My Buddy from St. Louis and I went to my 40th Highschool Class Reunion yesterday. He stayed with his God-Mother to earn money to go to college in the summertime and we worked at the Grain Elevator together so everybody pretty much knew him..

We both had a blast!!!!

Anmyway, lo and behold, onna my class-mate's had gotten divorced, (I think?), and remarried the girl-friend of mine that was in the pic, standing in front of my '57 Chevy!! Small world!!

Her Uncle was my Blacksmith Buddy so I asked her if her Aunt was still alive, but no! I hope she tells her Mom that she saw me!

I always liked her Mom!

pdq67,
Sorry I was tired. I've been working hard on Mary's Camaro, new engine install and conversion to 5 speed! It's almost running...

Those look cool! I allways wonder about fabricated spindles as far as strength. That's a lot of load to put on a welded assembly. If it isn't fabricated very very well, it is going to snap. Most cars with fabricated spindles are lighter weight than a street car, but racers really put a lot of load on spindles because they have huge wheels and hammer the heck out of everthing, so hopefully they are strong. It would be great to see a larger bearing package while they are at it.

Pdq67, Have you asked smithracecraft.com if they'd be willing to do some of these spindles without the drop? That would get me excited.

What about our new AFX spindles? They are forged aluminum, , 1.4 " taller than stock for better camber gain, and have a C5 bearing pack on them...

We also make a stock height version for those with relocated control arms.

I'm not allowed to give pricing on this board, but here is a thread @ PT.com that gives as much info as you'd like on my spindles.
