No, they're nit the same... The '69 bird has the same dash pod (two round gauges) as the '68 Camaro.

As usual through all 4 gens, the firebird keeps the same interior throughout.

The camaro has always gotten revised dashes, but the firebird didnt. Body got revised on both, but only the camaro got the "new" dash.
