Here is the reminder for the July Cruise night at the Jackson Outlets in Central NJ, it is on Friday 7/29. Car Craft is supposed to come and write about the cruise night.http://carcraft.com/eventcoverage/116_0503_cruz/
If you are coming at 6:30 or earlier and want me to try to reserve a space, let me know, but it would be better if you came as early as you can. Take off from work or take a summer half day :). The prime spots are being taken earlier and earlier. I was there at 4:45 in June and my normal place was all booked up with mustangs! (see pic 2 for my normal spot filled with Mustangs last year too!) Help me get the good spots filled with Camaros!
I am going to try to get there earlier (around 4:00), cruise is really from 6-9, but if you get there at 6:00 you will park in the boonies. They don't allow space saving past 7:00. The lot fills up fast! Weird to see classic cars cruise around the lot looking for someone to leave just like the Mall at Christmas.
Bring food and drinks to hang out and watch the cars drive in (there is a food court, but it is far away and is just Mall food). Alcohol is prohibited, but people have been seen with non-descript plastic bottles filled with something other than water or plastic cups. ;) Jackson Police drive around too and keep the riff-raff from getting rowdy.
Here is the link to the clubs web site for directions.

It is a nice family oriented cruise, no motorcycles, no foriegn, nothing newer than 1975. Other than that, anything goes. A lot of cars and bikes that do not follow the rules do show up but cannot park with the older cars. The Fossils club members all wear yellow Tees that say "what part of pre-1975 American made don't you understand!" :) Spouses/kids can shop at the outlet stores. Race cars do show up on trailers and park in the employees lot and drive in to park.
Here are some pics from a year or so ago, but it looks the same now.
