Hi, my name is cory, and i am new to this board. I have recently drawn an interest for the 69 camaro rally sprot ss. I dont know much about these cars, but i would like to learn. My dad use to have a 70 chevelle ss 396 but had to sell it to help me out with school. Now we are looking it to camaros. I have a quick question about the 69 rs front end. I was wondering if the 3 slot headlight covers slide into the grille or if they flip up? Also if any one has any links to where i mite find more info on this model please let me know. Oh - the headlight covers 'pivot' inward towards the center of the grill to uncover the lights...
The 67's used an Electric Motor set-up and the 1968~69's used a Vacuum Servo set-up to pull the doors inward and springs to pull them closed.
