My young lad converted his 92 S-10 TBI 4.3 litre to a 350 with 82 Firebird TPI, it took a bit of work, he's got some pictures posted on "mys10.com"
we started out with the full harness, ecm, relays etc. from the donor car, cut the harnes ten inches from the ecm and ten inches from the fire wall plug, ran one wire at a time. he had purchased a book on TPI swappers guide, found it very helpful, definatly not a week end project, but look forward to a couple of weeks at least.
