got me on this one, the things are tightened down really tight, and i got no way of getting my hand in that hole with a wrench.. im guessing theres a specialty ratchet for it... or swivel wrench... how did you guys get em out?

next thing for it is going to be to cut it out, :/

I was able to use an open end wrench. There should be enough room to get back there.
Try spraying them down with penetrating oil and letting them soak for a bit.
