Ive got my motor (350 Chevy) ready to drop in my 67 Firebird conv. If I had some headers or could find a good deal I would go with them. I was looking at an old set of exhaust manifold that I had from a project 67 Camaro years ago. The car is going to be a cruiser so I figure they will do. The stud need to be all replaced so I looked through my pile and found some that look just like the Camaro but they came off 70s or 80s truck. The drivers side goes down in the back and the pass. side goes down in the back of motor too but at an angel like the Camaro. Anyone ever notice the similarities? The drivers side doesnt have the alt. bracket mount but Im using the one off of the truck that tucks on the pass side head anyway. Just thought Id mention the fit , see if anyone has tried these. Im going to trial fit the motor in the frame to see if all item look right.
