Interesting that it is still attached to the firewall sheet metal.

Thats how you can get around the issue of replacement rivets. Not a new trick.

So you could technically replace the remaining sheet metal and have an X44 car.

You can buy the rivets from www.amkproducts.com for a few bucks.

I think eBay has been cracking down on selling these trim tags.... recently allot of them "have been removed". It is a violation to their policy to sell these and I applaud eBay for enforcing the issue.

Also, I think we would all benefit by helping out the “community watch team” at eBay and report any tags we see listed as a violation and hope eBay takes appropriate action quickly.

Next time post the numbers before the auction gets canned, that way the numbers will be searchable and still here.

It got ripped from ebay within a half hour or so from my first post.

Didnt take the numbers, just remember it was a 72B X44 with an inch or so of firewall sheetmetal around the edges.
