id say around 400hp and close to 450 ftlbs, my buddy has a 68 camaro with a 406 with same heads and it made 440 hp 450 ftlbs at the flywheel. he has a comp magnum solid flat tappet cam w/close to .240duration and .550lift and a vic jr intake and 11-1 compression. ofcourse his idle is around 1200 rpm. he ran a 12.4 on drag radials, hope this helps.

It's possible he rebuilt an old block that was already 30 over.

i think the torque will be higher with that cam and he hp max 400 maybe lower

Ok, this is a little better with the info you have. Those heads are 67cc chambers, just so you know and don't buy the wrong pistons. Part # 042660-1 is listed on the World site as a complete head for hyd cam with 67 cc chambers.

I know the test shows a 355 for the engine, but I did change the bore and stroke.
