I think I may be experiencing some fuel starvation with my 327. It is 40 over, 262XE, World 2.02/1.60 180 heads, performer & headers, topped with Qjet. The car has stock single 5/16" fuel line from tank right to carb. I know I should bump up the from the stock pump and maybe the carb guts, but is the line itself sufficient? Thought I would throw it out there for expert opinions. Thx in advance.

On my old combo, I found the 5/16" line to be a restriction at about the 450 HP (flywheel) point. This is true HP not bench racing HP. The car was running mid 11's @ 115 MPH with a 3600 lb car at the time. Pump gas 383 SBC. I was running a Holley blue electric pump at the time, which is a pusher pump. With an engine mounted mechanical pump the 5/16" line will support less power than stated above.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the feedback. So it would seem my 300ish HP small block would be fed fine with the 5/16. That saves me some $'s. I guess I should concentrate on the pump and carb. I'll start tinkering.
