Hi all! If I am going to use these 96 Trans Am seats, I will be replacing the gigantic, Stay-Puf headrests with some lower style. In all likelihood, I will be getting 69 covers and fabricating the insides out of foam to fit over the guts of the 4th gen headrests (already have one gutted, so I think it should be fairly simple.

The 69 seats I have with the car lost their headrests, so I just need the basic width/depth/height measurements so I can mock some up.

I seem to remember seeing someplace on-line to have modern style seat covers made with vintage materials. I am just looking for someone to do a standard black vinyl with horizontal ribs between the side and bottom bolsters, or a comfort weave in the same places. Anybody know a place that makes these, besides a local upholstery shop?
