Well the news is out. And although a few of you might recall me talking about my darling wife Christine being pregnant for the first time, we just surpassed the 20 week midway stage and had our final ultra sound.

This was the new 4D ultrasound where you can see the little gaffer in real time with so much detail it made my head spin. We got a 10 second video of the baby looking right at his face where he seemed to have an ear to ear smile on him as his little hand gave us a wave while we were watching.

That's right folks, I said "his" hand. Because we just found out that we're going to have a little boy. We're thinking of naming him Dillan or Dillenger. Either way we're totally excited and can't wait for this little of bundle of joy to arrive. I'm already wondering what color his first 69 Z/28 will be. I'm thinking butternut yellow with black stripes! Anyone have a spare Z Body?

Congrats and your world is about to change dramatically. Its a great ride.

My kids are almost grown up now, 19 and 20, girl and boy.

Their arrival had me to stop playing around with cars, I was Pro Stock racing then, and commit myself to be a daddy. Over here ProStock racing is not a source for income, just a money sucking blackhole.

But now when they have been older I could start playing around again.

It is just a matter of priority, your family will be number one and the Camaro has to be second player.

As long as you can share the fun with your kid you and him will have a great time ahead. You can start now to plan his Protouring 69 for his 16th birthday.
