It appears as though it is leaking from the modulator, because it drips/runs onto the exaust pipe and burns creating smoke. Not sure if it's the modulator yet.

Any ideas?

Clean the under side of the tranny. Run the car so the tranny and fluid gets hot. You may be able to see where the leak is from. If you have a lift. First place to look is the filler tube. That's a common place. The o ring where the speedo cable goes in is another.

Hi, Have you pulled the modulator out and checked the o-ring on the modulator where it goes in the trans?
