Sandie dnawags Aug 30th, 05, 07:57 AM I have a 68 Camaro, and I have two grey light sockets (turn signals) and the rest are black sockets... hope this helps! KevinK7 Aug 30th, 05, 08:33 AM ...I believe all the sockets are the same for the instrument lighting, ...should matter if it's grey or black. sleepsinshed Sep 6th, 05, 07:06 PM I just had my dash apart yesterday to replace the bulbs. Here's a picture of a circuit board for a 68 without the tic-toc-tach. The gray sockets are for the Gen and Temp idiot lights. They take 1816 bulbs. The socket for the Oil idiot light is different from the rest. It uses a 1445 bulb. The remaining 7 sockets are for the 4 dash lights, the directional indicators, and the Brake idiot light. They all use 194 bulbs. Hope this helps. Kevin http://users.adelphia.net/%7Eoconnor5/img/circuit_board_1a.jpg Flynn69 Sep 9th, 05, 06:49 PM Kevin, Thanks for the help.
