I've seen some pictures of 68 Rally Sports in books and the dealer brochure that look to have silver painted horizontal grids on the grille, including the headlight doors. Was this part of an option, or did it never make it to production?

All 1968 RS grilles should have the silver horizonal bars. 1967's did not.
