I've reported plenty of scams to eBay but they still allow these auctions requiring pre-approved bidders. At this point my opinion is that eBay could be considered a criminal co-conspirator. We need to get a state attorney general after them - perhaps someone like Elliot Spitzer.

Yeah, it's totally out of control. Why can't these guys be caught? And even sadder is that it must work sometimes or else there wouldn't be so many of these scams! Who out there is stupid (or ignorant) enough to believe these prices?
