I just got my motor in my car. It was originally a 6 cyl car. I bought frame mounts for small blocks from Tamraz. I am worried that I might have them in backwards. I have an HEI dist and the cap is right at the firewall. I havent gotten far enough along to see if the drive shaft fits ok. I just hope I dont have to lift the motor and swap the mounts around. Could someone send me a pic or post one of frame mounts on for a small block first gen.

There are more than 1 set of small block mounts. I had to dent the firewall to get my HEI to fit.

David Pozzi has pic's and spec's for them as well as rubber mounts on his great site if you want to go over to it.
