After 7 months at the paint shop and an AWESOME paint job my baby is finally coming home this weekend. What a great b-day present. Not looking forward to paying ($$$$$) my bodyman but it is worth it. Now I have my work cut out for me to be riding by next spring. Can't wait! I would post pics if I knew how. Thanks for all the help and I'm sure I'll be asking future questions.

Congrats,
I cant wait until I can say that. I have to get some $$ together in order to drop it off in the first place. Any people in Hampton Roads VA know of a body shop that deals in classic car restoration, not ones that do majority of collision repair.

Congrats to you as well David! I know how you feel. I still have alot of work ahead of me but it is the clean work. No more cleaning, sanding, sand blasting, etc........ I have learned two things during this project. #1. Not to do another ground up #s matching car. It has been a very good experience building this car with my dad but boy it has been slow (4 years to finish car). The next car (67 Chevelle or 67 Camaro Conv.) will be like I want it and I doubt any #s match. #2. Patience Patience Patience Patience. What a great hobby though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brent, I'm in southwestern VA near the Martinsville Speedway. We just had the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in town this past weekend and boy did they put on a show.
