Hey that looks just like my car !! :) That color must be 2003 Chevy Corvette Electron Blue! Although I went with GM Bright White for the stripes.

CFUNK, the color is (bc/cc815k922arrival blue) came on 93 chevy trucks. We substituted the fine metallic it had in it for a coarse met. so my painter said "it has a costom color now" he he kind of sounds good to me! "custom"

Brian, speaking of engines, i just looked at your "being painted pics" and was wondering if the paint shop got your engine as dusty as mine. i am a motor head and to see my once spotless engine the way it is now just made me cry! take a look http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b111/pnewell/000_0035.jpg

My car looked just like your after it was in the body shop. Dust everywhere imaginable after being there for a long time. I just went over it with soapy water and a sponge and it looks like brand new. Then I towel dried mine. Your should clean up just nicely.

Jonesy, they sprayed everything with this stuff called "liquid mask" they said it is like soap and everything would rinse off. i sure hope so. hey what about my interrior? you cant rinse that off with a water hose :clonk:

Don't worry about the dust. Some Vinylex and a terry cloth towel will handle the inside, a little vacuuming, and underhood with a garden hose and proper drying with compressor air should help get it back in shape. It will take a little time.
