Does anybody know how many 67 RS convertibles were built?

I have not seen this stat anywhere- would also be curious as an owner of one, too.

Just know there were 25,000 convertibles that year...

I did some more digging and while I could find the direct answer -here are some ways to "back ino a rough figure"...

If you have a 327 engine in your RS Convertible, only 19,856 327 engine converibles were sold (only 25,000 total first year Camaro converts sold)

In total, there were 64,842 RS's sold in 1967, coupes and converts. So as a percentage of all Camaro's that year-that equates to 30% of all camaros that year, were RS camaros. (about 220,000 first year Camaros sold)

If you use the same percentage logic of (30%), and apply this to only the convertibles, that would give you about 6,000 RS convertibles sold in 1967 that had 327 engines.

Pretty rare indeed...since I own one oo, was glad to see this math.

Thanks JL, add manual disc brakes to it and I think it is real rare.
