Have any of you guys found a place that makes a crossmember that will let me bolt a 4L80E into my 67? Or some other mod that allows this installation? Maybe tweak my existing :clonk: T400 crossmember somehow? I'd rather not spend the rest of the season trying to fabricate one myself! Thanks in advance. :clonk:

It looks like Bowtie Overdrives offers one, but from what I have read, its off by about 7-8" ! You might need to fabricate one. The mount is supposed to be about 8" further back than the TH400. One source I have not tried yet is Precision Turbos at 708 418-5227. Good luck.

Chris are you serious? Could that possibly work? An 88-96 Lincoln Towncar crossmember will fit in a 67 Camaro for a 4L80E? Sounds too easy - have you done it? Any hardcore modifications or (dare I say it) does it just bolt in?

we recently did one on a 68 ss rs .according to my installer either the crown vic or t car will work.the crown vic is a little shorter so it fits better.trim off 1/12 inches from both sides and drill a 5/8 hole in both lips to attach it to.if no lip attach 2 flanges .one on each side to get a mounting pad.you must also drill a mounting hole in between the 2 holes ford put for their mount for the gm mount
