I kind of liked the idea of keeping all the pictures of members rides all in one thread. It would be difficult to get different cars posted if you created a new thread over and over. There's just not that many new cars out there :D

Fake Car Show is a car show that one fools the casual enthusiast. He attends, oohs and aahs over the cars that aren't really there. There may be reproduction fliers, and maybe even real fliers stolen from real shows that are too far gone to resurect. He really enjoys himself.

However, the seasoned enthusiast takes one look at the fake fliers (sometimes referred to as a reprint), and he knows it's a fake show. And even if they are transplanted real fliers, (sometimes referred to as a recycle) he knows enough other things to look at to confirm it's not a real show.

I would have to agree with unreal..on this subject...i think you are correct on the "sometimes referred to as recycle" fliers,sometimes also to confirm a "real flier" would be the color of the paper.Dates that may have been "modified" or a good clue would be the "white out affect" to alter dates and locations.

Do we post fake cars or real cars?

If we are posting real cars online wouldn't that be a "Virtual Car Show"? Its not really fake because the cars are real. :)
