right now i have 225/50r16 in the front on a 7" rim
I tried the 245/50r16 (on an 8" rim) from the rear and they fit

so my question is if i put 245/50 on th 7" wide rim in the front will they be taller, wider, or more bubbled out side wall than the 245s on an 8" rim?

It will bulge some and grow slightly. NOT much b/c of it's construction. Not like the old narrow bias ply tires of old, they would grow quite a bit.

Please go over to The Tire Rack and see what width wheels are recommended.
