Do you or have you ever felt like you had to many project cars, I do at this time and some times think I should sell some that I have never started on. The onlything about selling them is I know I would regret it one day. But it has crossed my mine more than once lately, if if if I ever did get them restored then you have to have a place to store them tuff decision. I have a 68 Z with the original motor and trans that I have had since 1987 and never done anything to it. I also have a 66 L-79 Nova that I have had for about 5 or 6 years that nothing has been done to it either. I have other 67 and 68 Camaro's too probably will never get them done. The only other thing I think is when my 11 year old boy gets ready to go College maybe sell the cars then to help the finances there. Has any of you guys ever thought this way about the project cars.

If I was you, I would hang on to them forever. I would also pick just one and start the restoration effort. Once it was done, your investment has now been and always will be worth the going rates for our cars. Those cars from the 60's will always catch a fair price and some more than others. Take care of the cars, put them in dry storage and preserve them till you or your son are ready to restore them. You can always do a project with your son. Builds alot of respect and admiration of a son/father relationship. Plus, he will be learning alot in the process.

I would never keep more projects around than I could complete, that's just counter-productive. Sell all of them except the two you want to work on and use the money to finance the completion of those two. This way you end up with a couple of drivable cars instead of a yard full of junk.

I know one thing ,,, if I had a 1968 Z/28 with the original motor I could not sleep !!!!!!!! I would work on restoring it every day !!!!!
please don't tell me it's a RS 68 Z/28 ,,,,,,,,
I know I will never have a 67 68 camaro that is a Z or L78 but if I ever got the money that would be first on my list ,,, and a 327 350 nova is right up on top as well ,, don't sell them you will regret it later ,,,
I had a chance in 1981 to buy three complete 1967 camaros in project car shape for $500 , then like today I had no way to come up with that kind of money , that has haunted me ever since ,,,
