k, this ones a quicky; 1982 Z-28, 85 mph speedo, 305. What type of tranny would i have in my car???

4 barrel or CFI?

The 4-barrel Z-28's came with a 4-Speed (Saginaw) Muncie R.
The CFI engines came with a 3-speed automatic TH200c.

if i find a 700-R4 from a late 80's camaro, would it bolt right up to my existing crossmember, and would everything hook up, or would i need a different crossmember and would i need to modify some other things such as connectors?
