Hey Guys!
Can anyone help me, I got a '01 Z-28 and she started to act funny the past week. I was driving to work when I stop at a traffic light and she started to idle a little rough and almost stall on me, so I went and change the spark plugs and plug wires hoping it was a bad plug or wire but no luck. I noticed that she stumbling when she warms up. She has about 58K miles.

P.S. She was rear ended about 3 months ago realy hard but she was fixed, if that helps

Thanks for your Help.
Dino.

Sometimes it can be something as simple as dirty fuel filter. Go ahead and check air filter while you are at it. You may have just bought some bad gas ... An additive that removes water is inexpensive and worth a try ... You don't mention if there is check engine light or not...Places like Auto Zone and Advance will pull codes free of charge ... This will let you know if you haev bad sensor ... Also, check for ruptured or disconnected vacuum line ....

My 02 behaves that way when the battery is disconnected. It takes a drive cycle for the ECM to relearn the idle control. Any chance that at idle control component (like IAC, or TCP) is failing and causing the ECM to faulter?
