I think you should look at the numbers on the block again. Also you may want to include any numbers that may be on a pad, infront of the passenger side where the head meets the block. (to the left of waterpump).

1969-79 3970010 350 185 370 2 or 4 car, truck
3970010....302.....69....4...Z-28 Camaro
3970010....327.....69....2...Trucks and industrial
3970010....350...69-80...2 or 4

The heads are :3998993....72-73...307/350......75cc chambers

IMO mortec is not very accurate. You have a late 1969 350 block as it is most likely casting # 3970014. That casting number has showed up in some late 69 built Camaros.

1970 Camaro 350/300hp
1971 Camaro 350/245hp
1972 Camaro/Corvette 350/200hp and 255hp
1973 Camaro/Corvette 350/200hp and 255hp

Is the H19 off the back of the block's bellhousing flange? Thats were you will find the casting date to tell which year it is.
It came in both 2 and 4 bolt main. The 010 020 are the alloy content in the block.

the heads are 1972 350 heads 1.94 valves and in 1973 were used in both 307 and 350 engines.
