Anybody have any pictures of a 67/68 Camaro with polished American torque-thrust wheels on it that are in Pro Street form (15x14)? I have a Camaro with Weld Magnum wheels and plan on driving it on the street and do not want to run the Magnums on the street because they are kinda a light race wheel. Anything will help at this point just want to get a idea of what it will look like. Thanks,Scott

Just curious...Why not run the magnums on the street??? At 15 x 14 in the rear you must be running at least 31 inch in the rear and 26 (better yet 28) in front...No issues on those.

Maybe just for looks, i'd understand.

I have heard of the Magnum/Alumastar centers breaking when going around corners in a couple of instances. I actually knew someone that had a Pro star hanging on there wall with the center broken out of it because of the weight on the front end and wheels turning on a corner. Just dont want to tear up 1200.00 worth of wheels or better yet the front end of the Camaro! Thats all.

That sounds bad! I never tought about (or saw) this happening (i tought you could bend one and the worst)

Good reason enough!

GREAT Lead, I installed Magnum P.R.O.'s on my current project. I can't imagine them breaking they are forged aluminum. I have too much $$ invested in them to not give it a shot. I would like to hear more on them failing/breaking, maybe even some pictures. If they can holf up to Pro Stock, Funny Cars and TF dragsters, I would think they should be strong enough to live on my car. Granted none of the above cars go around corners at speed.
