What can be the simple test to find out what is going on. I replaced the horn relay , but nothing. Are all the wires going into the bottom of the relay suppose to be hot. .
PS did all 68 camaros come with the key buzzer.
Any info would be great. Thanks

run power straight to the horn from the battery and see it if they are the culprit, if they blow take a multi-meter and start at the horns them self and see if you are getting the 12 volts to power them while the horn is depressed if not work your way back up the wiring till you find where you are losing the power------this would be my best guess.

Got one horn to work that way, Quit after one honk. I think the ground strap in the rag joint is missing. Need to find an easy way to jump over it till I replace it.

attach a wire to the ground strap and run it to the negative of the battery then push the horn button, if it goes off the you found the problem, a bad ground.

The Black wire in the column to the horn button ,Ithink is the first wire coming out of the harness.Reason is I stuck a test lite in at the lite came on. Took the black wire off the relay ,and the test lite went out.I tried to ground the hub ,but the lite stayed on. My relay is new. Where do I go from here, I have the flu and trying to fix this problem .Need some help.....

This is a link to a paper that describes how to trouble shoot GM horns and key buzzer problems. The wire colors to the steering column might be different but the concept and the trouble shooting approaches are the same for any GM vehicle.
