The Mrs. and I got to attend the Chicago Earth wind Fire concert in Minneapolis last night, all I can say is WOW ! ! If any of you can find it in your area, GO SEE IT what a great 3 hours of old tunes, brass, and class entertainment. I just wish kids today could get more into the older music that doesnt have all the drug and sex inuendo and lyrics you can understand or hear.
The played 20 min. together trading off each others songs, then an hour of EWF then an hour of Chicago then another 30 min. of them together. Totally Awesome. I hope other TC folks can go see them. Their schedule in in here:

I wish there were a concert close to me. I just bought some Chicago CD's. They're great. Saw them at Saratoga in the early 70's.

Jim, That's cool! I have listened to both of those bands since I was well...a looong time.
I checked out their tour dates and they are playing at a new amphitheater here on Aug. 15th...but our All Chevy Show will be going on :rolleyes: So I'll have to wait for the next classic group to come through Seattle. I bet they still sound great, don't they? Did they have mosquito netting around them in Minn.?lol

Yeah Man, got tickets for that show for the 15th in Seattle at the White River Amphitheatre. Can't wait! :D

We seen EWF/iron butterfly/a couple of other bands I had never heard of 2 years ago here in Tulsa...they put on a good show.
