Does anyone know what voltages I should see for the different fan settings (Low, Med1, Med2) ?

They are approximate, 3, 6, 9, HI = 12V. Usually, if high speed is present and and no lower speeds, replace resistor block behind glove box in heater duct work.

What's odd is that I have operation on the low speeds but not high.
And I barely get any airflow, but I can hear the fan step up to higher speeds from Low to Med1 and Med2.

Clogged ducting?
