Greetings,

I have used the search field but only found one post and no help from it.

I have changed out the flash but no help, may be a ground issue and or wire issue. Is there a second flash?

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

in advance, thanks for your time.

You likely either have a bulb out, or a poor connection in the socket (after 35 years, they can get a little jickety). These problems are not usually in the dash.

Since the loop is broken, your instrument panel will show the turn signal but won't show it flashing.

Do you have cheap volt-meter?

If not, go to Home Depot, spend about $20 on one and invest about 10 minutes learning how to use it (very simple). The digital ones are about $5-10 more which are a bit easier to read and use.

Then you'll be able to trace where you do and don't have voltage and you can easily test continuity in the wiring.

Good luck!
