Can anyone tell me if any of the wiring to the AC system completes any circuitry to any other part of the car....Or is it completely seperate?

I am removing the entire factory AC and dont want to remove or cut any wiring that may complete a circuit to something else.

It's completly separate. It ties into the dash harness behind the center section of the dash, where a non A/C blower motor wire should be. GM cut the blower motor wire to the fan switch and spliced in the add on A/C harness in it's place.
