Found these two things wires up under the dash of my 69 and I'm have no idea what they are....They don't look like anything that would have come from the factory. The were wired into (connected) to some factory wires.

Ive never seen anything like those, maybe a trunk mounted CD player at one time?

Its an automobile alarm unit, and a shock sensor. The single wire hanging off it is the antenna for broadcasting the alarm to a keyring remote, arming and disarming the alarm, locking and unlocking the doors and possibly a remote starter. Normally there would be a bunch of wires on a connector that would match the connector on the larger unit. Those wires would connect to the door switches, trunk and hood pin switches and anything else the alarm controlled.
