Does a ny one know about the 10 ohm replacement speaker from ac delco. Can you hook it up to your original factory radio.

Yes you can. AC/Delco designed them for 10-ohm impedance. It may require a higher position of the Volume knob to get the same loudness if original speaker was an 8-ohm 0r 4-ohm.

My front speaker was 10 ohms. from the factory.

The only difference is the wiring connection. Your factory harness plug won't work on the newer speakers. I don't know if adapters are available or not.
