to reinstalling the top pump motor? It has 3 pointed rubber mounting grommets that get pushed through the brackets on the floor in the rear well. The problem is its such a tight spot that I can't get 2 of them to push through because I can't get my hand in there.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I am stumped, for now its ziptied on 2 of the mount points.

Try using something for leverage like a 2 by 4. Use it to press down on one end & then the other. Or, two at a time to press down on both sides at once. WD40 would help. I've never tried to push my rubber "thingies" all the way down any way. It just sits there & hasn't ever given me any problems moving around. Like you said, its a tight fit in there.

Undo the well cover and press down from the top through the 2 access holes behind the seat support. Factory installers had a tool that kinda elongates the plug to make it easier to install. Kinda like the tool used for firewall pad rubber plugs. Of course some rubber lubricant (not wd-40) helps too.

if you're careful not to poke thru, an appropriate size allen wrench or punch will go thru the hole and elongate the rubber so it pops right in.
