First download and run this:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
Next dump 'Spyblocker', and install:
Spybot Search and Destroy (http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10194058.html?tag=lst-0-1)
Ad-aware 6.0 (http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=ad-aware+6.0&tg=dl-2001)
Then goto this site and run their anti-virus program:

If you think there is a virus on your computer that your regular virusscanner has missed go to the Trend Micro (http://housecall.antivirus.com/) website. They have an excellent online virusscanner that is up to date. It will scan your system and remove the virus. You will automatically download some data the first time you visit, the next time will be much faster.
Also on their Security Info Page (http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/) you can get detailed information about a specific virus. Good luck and let us know what you found out...

Run Stinger. It'll find and handle some virus's that regular AV programs can't or won't.
