I own a 67rs that has been in storage last 25 years, upon removal from storage, did gas tank, brakes, carb,etc. headlight doors opened and closed a few times then went open and won't close back, I disassembled front left headlight and if you jump fire to motor it will open and close by reversing polarity on jumper wires. noticed a clicking noise under fender when lights were turned on & off, found a panel with three relays on it there, I believe this is my problem. Anyone else ever worked on or repaired this relay set or anyone know where I can aquire a wiring diagram for these headlights, my GM assembly manual only shows underhood wiring harness for standard headlights, nothing on rs assembly.

Thanks for the links, the first one offers new style stuff, this car still has orig. plug wires, protectoplate, etc. NO WAY would I swap it out, but the second link you suggested gives detailed trouble shooting on stock set-up Thanks a million, got to get my test light and get busy!!
