Man, it's been too long since I actually had the opportunity to work on the 68. I finished mowing the lawn and climbed under the car to remove the stock crossmember that was modified to mount the 4L60E. It was a battle getting one of the tranny mount bolts loose but I finally got the old crossmember out(it was only bolted in with 1 bolt on each side) and put in the BTO(Bowtie Overdrives) 4L60E crossmember. It bolted right up, nice piece. It also lowered the rear of the trans back down to where it should be and now the passenger side header doesn't hit the floorboard either. I can now finish bolting up the exhaust system and then tackle the rerouting of the fuel injection lines.
