We are finally putting the 67 back together. I have had this kit in the box for a few years however when I went to install the mufflers it appears I have the same inlet location on both. This would mean to install them 1 would have one muffler with the smooth surface facing me and the other one the welded seam facing me. Is there supposed to be a left and a right in this kit? I note they have the same part number in the kit, however Im not too keen on them not looking the same. Please let me know how your install went and post pics if possible. Thanks.

Yes, the mufflers are the same part number. The case is seamed front to rear, and one weld is on top and the other is underneath.
