I am wondering if anyone knows of the structural integrity of an 92 camaro rs V-6 3.1 liter Unibody platform. Is this Unibody strong enough to withstand the torque and horsepower output of an extremely built 312 cu. in. SBC, or should i sell the RS and try to find something along the line of an 82-93 Z-28.

I don't think there is any difference in the body itself. Now the tranny and rear end will probably need to be upgraded. There are plenty of fast 3rd Gen Camaros out there, a lot of them are big block powered. I am not sure what you are asking or looking for. If you are thinking the body itself is weaker I think you are mistaken (RS, Z-28, plain jane, doesn't matter). One thing that will make a difference is T-tops, you will be better off without T-tops.
