Can some one give me a ballpark estimate of what I'll run in the 1/4?
Here's my combo. I would appreciate any help. I'm GUESSING 2,800 lbs.

Power Plant
-sb 400 block over 0.040 (408).

-9.5:1 compression ratio.

-S/R Torquer cast iron heads 67cc. The part # is 042660-1.

-Crane Energizer cam lift int. .3200 exh. .3200 int. .480 exh. .480, adv dur. 284 in. 284
Exh., .050 dur 228 int, 228 exh, 050 dur btc 7 abc 41 bbc 51 atc (3). The part # is 100072.

-Edelbrock Air Gap Intake manifold.

-long tube Flowtech headers.

-Carter AFB competition series 750 cfm carb.

-MSD 6A box.

-MSD plug wires.

-TH 400 (mild work done to the gears and a shift kit and I don't know about the converter.)

-12 bolt rear end with Richmond 3.55 gears, Eaton positraction carrier.

-2 1/2 pipes, H-pipe, Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.

-Front Wilwood disk brakes.

This is my '70 Chevelle. I wanted a second opinion, but my Camaro has a similar combo with a different weight.

wow , i definatly want to know how to put my car on a 700+ pound diet ( short of glass nose , doors , trunk , lexan windows , tin interior and 5 gallon fuel cell with a vw bug radiator

You should be well in the 11s with that combo.
My Luv is 3000lbs with me, and runs mid 11s and isnt set up for the track.
Youre lighter, set up for the track and have more cubes, that motor should make 425hp or so. Any work done to the heads?

Very simular combo here and have been a 12.5@110 and 600 lbs. heavier than yours.... I would guess mid to high 11's.

Now that i've seen the times I'm predicted to run are that low, I think I'll change the weight. That was a guess, it's a stock bodied '70 with no weight reductions. Sorry for any confusion.

Race wt. for a stock sb 70will be around 3500lbs (that what my 69 chevelle is), which will put you in the 12s,
this is assuming you can hook it and its tuned right.
