Hi, looking at a 69 SS 350. Ive figured out most of the cowl tag but would like someone to verify.
ST 6912437 NOR155462
711 76 76
10D
The car has a black vinyl top and no "X" code.
Thanks for your help.

711 = standard black bucket seats.
76 76 = Daytona Yellow top and bottom.
10D = assembled 4th week of October 1968.
It did not originally come with a vinyl top.
How do you know that it an SS350? The only way to know is if it has the original drivetrain or documentation.

Thanks for the information. You are correct, I do not know if it truly is a SS. Any tell tale signs other than original drivetrain or docs? I will check axle codes and Muncie #s too. Engine is not original.
Thanks for info
